- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-Initial Contact – We listen to your needs, answer questions, and may request photos or a brief description to better understand the job. 2-Estimate or On-Site Visit – For many jobs, we provide a free quote. For more complex work, we schedule a site visit (a small service call fee may apply). 3-Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule the job at a time that works best for you. 4-Professional Installation/Repair – We arrive on time, complete the work safely, cleanly, and to code. 5-Final Walkthrough – We review the work with you to make sure everything meets expectations before final payment. We believe in clear communication, honest pricing, and top-quality results from start to finish.

⚡ Our Education & Training Our lead electrician is a state-licensed journeyman with over 20 years of hands-on field experience. We've completed formal electrical apprenticeship training and stay up to date with NEC code changes, EV charger certifications, and continuing education courses for new technologies and safety standards. We’re trained in: Residential & commercial wiring Service panel upgrades EV charger installations Lighting design & control systems Electrical troubleshooting & diagnostics Our team is fully insured, background-checked, and committed to high-quality, code-compliant work.
