I had a pleasure meeting Quentin today. He took great care of my piano and tuned it superbly. He also gave me some pointers on how often to tune my piano. Quentin is very pleasant, respectable and easy going. I can see he’s very detailed and careful. One thing I took notice is when he took his time to tune my piano. Wonderful work and no doubt will use him again. Of note, I don’t often write reviews but Quentin definitely embodies 5 star.
