They did an awesome job taking down my son’s wallpaper during our move. The wall was pretty much restored back to its original state before we put it on. I think for me, the only issue I dealt with was the clarity around pricing. Originally I was quoted 1200 for taking off the wallpaper and because it was sticking to the wall, they would have to also do labor for work and then sand, prime and paint. However, once they are able to get the wallpaper off the wall was already back to its original state, so I only wanted it to be that. He requested 300 for material, so I sent it. And then once we pivoted to only just removing it, he still charged me another 600 so 900 in total. I was surprised that essentially sanding priming and painting two coats is only $300 to come to 1200. I was expecting a much cheaper price and there was not much transparency around why it was still priced pretty high. The guys were great and friendly, and they did an amazing job, and maybe my scenario was a little bit more unique.
