I’m so happy that I found Jacob through Thumbtack. I’ve been searching for weeks to find someone to tile our master bathroom (we had to gut it after a plumbing issue) and I received many quotes ranging from 6k-10k for our tiny bathroom. Jacob not only beat all the other prices, he exceeded our expectations and finished the job in just a couple of days. His grout work is meticulous and his level of professionalism is outstanding. Jacob was so easy to work with to replace our bathroom floors. He sent progress pictures every day and was willing to be flexible and meet with different family members to coordinate work as we’re not yet living in the area. He was very communicative, and kept me in the loop when our tile order was delayed. I also heard that he has excellent taste in music while he’s working :) thank you Jacob!
