I had a great experience with Jesus Campos from EnergyAid today. He was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He inspected my rooftop solar panels, wiring, and inverter thoroughly, and was able to quickly identify the root cause of the issue. Best of all, he resolved the problem on the spot without needing any extra parts or follow-up visits.
Jesus was courteous and efficient throughout the visit, explaining what he was doing and answering all my questions clearly. My solar system is now back up and running perfectly.
Highly recommend his service — 5 stars without hesitation!

We had a damaged solar panel that needed repair and the company we had installed through is no longer honoring the warranty, so I called company after company. Most told me sure, they were happy to replace the panel, but I would have to find the replacement panel. Like I know where to buy one! Luckily, EnergyAid showed up when they said they would, assessed the damage, answered our questions, estimated about two weeks to find a replacement panel and schedule installation. About two weeks later, they scheduled the install, showed up on time and it was replaced in half an hour.Great work all around. We will call them first when we need a new inverter or any upgrades to the system.

EnergyAid was fantastic! They returned my bad inverter under warranty so I paid nothing for a new one. Edgar did my installation. He was wonderful. Polite and knowledgeable, he was finished with the install and panel cleaning in less than two hours. The solar world is a little murky - there are so many companies that are not trustworthy. I found EnergyAid honest, reasonable and helpful. I highly recommend them if you have solar issues. They didn't try to upsell me. They applied my original inspection fee to the labor charge and they were friendly and nice.
