So far, I have a good feeling about this company. Solid customer care from what I experienced today. I purchased a solar system from SunWorks out of Roseville years ago, only to discover they went belly up recently. Through online searching, I discovered EnergyAid had picked up servicing numerous SunWorks customers. Marcos was the technician, who responded to my house. He very quickly gave me an assessment of my system, noted all the problems, and gave me clear options to consider moving forward. No BS. Good knowledgeable service.

While there was some confusion regarding the appointment time, once Marcos arrived he showed himself to be very knowledgeable, professional and personal. He identified the issue and explained what has to be done to fix it. Now we can only hope that someone has the SunPower part that is required to fix our system.

We were really impressed with the Company and Marcos, the tech who came out. The Company kept me informed about the timing for the appointment. Marcos arrived on time and worked quickly, while keeping me informed of his findings. He explained what was needed next and how I would be informed.
