Introduction: I am intensely committed to the journey of healing people, from the inside out. It is my focused understanding that in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle we must work from the inside-out. I use a combination of Energy work and focused Life Coaching to achieve maximum results with my clients. I offer my clients Spiritual and Life Coaching, Reiki, Energy Healing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Aromatherapy and Crystal Therapy sessions to balance and energize their entire being on a physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level. The most amazing thing about my work is that I am not only creating a safe space for healing for my client, I am also doing the same for myself. I continue to heal through the work I do with Energy Healing and Coaching.

I have received both EFT tapping coaching and energy healing from Neicha. She performed both services remotely. The remote energy healing session was a general energy clearing. I can't speak on how I felt immediately following because it was near the time that I usually go to bed, which is what I did. But the next day I remember waking up refreshed, motivated, inspired and in an all around good mood. This is, of course, after a week or so of feeling down and slightly depressed. The EFT tapping coaching sessions that I've had with Neicha are really what I've enjoyed from her. During theses sessions she helped me identify the root cause of an emotional trigger and assess how that emotion was showing up in my body and how intensely I was attached to and feeling said emotion. Then we would go through a few rounds of tapping, each time acknowledging the negative belief and then replacing it with an absolute truth based affirmation. We continued this until the intensity of what I was feeling had subsided, allowing me to think clearly about the situation and shift the way I was feeling. I truly felt a difference and noticed a difference as I continue to use what I learned. I even suggested it to a friend who says that she has felt a difference after a few rounds of tapping. I like Neicha's approach to energy healing because she caters to your specific needs in that moment and will even implement necessary changes within the session if Spirit directs her to do so. I also like the fact that she not only performs the service but she educates you along the way so that you can learn to heal yourself. She is a down-to-earth person who knew when and how to ease the tension with a joke and a laugh but also knows how to hold space for you to process your emotions and experiences and help you heal down to your soul. The name she chose for her practice is a perfect fit and I would recommend her to anyone who was needing an energetic shift in their life.

Neicha helped me to relax in my NOW. I felt like I was in a deep relaxation. I thought it was longer than it seemed. I could feel the negative energy flowing out of my body through the crystal healing process and increased feeling of well being. Her space was neat, spacious and had a serene vibe to it. She let me know exactly what she would be doing. I will definitely recommend Neicha to my friends and family.

My session with Neicha was truly transformational. She was able to speak to me in a clear language and explain the tapping process to me over the phone (which I was skeptical about at first but it was wonderful!) I could feel the love and healing from her that helped me to release and open my heart to the experience. And I really appreciated the fact that she sent me a follow up email with the words that we used and more information about how to do the tapping on my own. I will definitely be back for more sessions and I've already recommended her services to my friends! Thank you for the work that you do, it's amazing!

I've had several crystal healing sessions with Neicha. It was beyond what I thought it would be like. My body felt better after our session. I would do it more often when I get the chance. She's super nice and makes you really comfortable.

I have had the honour to experience a crystal healing as well as tapping session with Neicha. I feel the sessions are very beneficial to my sense of well-being and growth. I am continually learning and honing my craft. I continue to study under mentors in each of my fields.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my journey as a Life Coach and Energy Healer after an intense and very spiritual awakening 10 years ago. I was introduced to Energy Healing, Crystals and the amazing healing they brought forth. In 2007 I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and was suffering with debilitating pain, migraines, and frequent seizures, but through the use of Crystals, Energy healing and Life Coaching, I began to start my journey back to whole health.
