He is highly experienced with vast knowledge of codes in architectural and structural engineering for residential projects. Provided high quality work, explained thoroughly all our concerns regarding bed and bath room re modelling project and then provided best solution in terms of use and cost. Building official approved plans without any questions or red line ( not a single line). Will strongly recommend to anyone. In fact;we offered him our next " courtyard conversion to room" project, as soon as this remodeling work is done.

Actually, I was out of the country during that time and did not have any internet service to check email and respond.
