Mike accommodated for me on a Sunday and went to the location with the plumbing issue, diagnosed it, went to Home Depot on my behalf, purchased a replacement faucet and installed it without issues. Being I live in another state, it was great being able to trust Mike to do the job without me being there.

Mike Anderson gets 5 stars from me. He went above and beyond in this job, which came with some issues due to the age of my house. In the end, the job was a success and the quote was right on, just as he stated. This was my first experience with Thumbtack.com, and I told everyone at work how easy it was to book a job! It literally took 10 min from logging on to TTACK, receiving a quote, and booking the job! To get great service so easily felt a little scary...it shouldn't have been so easy, but it really was. Mike did a great job helping build out a wall in our living room with metal stud construction. Our home has a lot of crooked walls but Mike was still able to make everything line up right. Very pleased with the end result and with the quick turnaround.
