Our pricing is based on the size of the project, site access, materials, and preparation required. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Most projects require a deposit to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon completion. We focus on fair, competitive pricing while delivering professional, long-lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial message or phone call to understand the project. 2. Review photos or schedule a quick site visit if needed. 3. Provide a clear, written estimate or proposal. 4. Once approved, we schedule the work and coordinate access. 5. Complete the project efficiently and keep the site clean. 6. Final walkthrough to make sure the customer is satisfied. We aim to keep the process simple, transparent, and professional from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a California Class A General Engineering Contractor license and have hands-on experience in civil construction, grading, concrete, and site development. My background includes utility support, erosion control, and public works projects. I also maintain construction safety training and certifications to ensure our projects are performed safely and professionally.
