I hired Purev Contracting after searching for many months for someone who could remodel our garage. They were the most responsive contractor out of many recommended by Thumbtack and homeadvisor. Please refer to the photos on their profile for Pleasanton garage remodel for their work done for me. Here is why they are miles ahead of the competition. 1. They are available on late evenings for any discussion. They came in few times at 8.30pm upon my request for project discussion on weekdays. 2.They never missed an appointment and were always very accommodating for lateness on my part. 3. They are extremely professional in their conduct and very attentive to my needs. Here is why their work stands out. 1. They went out of their way to get the materials from Homedepot or Lowes multiple times during the project. 2. They helped in cleaning out the Garage and making sure all items were secure and protected due to rain. 3. They gave several suggestions on how to perform the remodel in terms on positioning electric outlets, lowered ceiling vs high ceiling, storage options, etc. 4. They were patient and agreeable to the numerous times I changed my mind on ceiling option, flooring choices and changes to storage location. 5. Their work was fantastic and employ a capable group of people who do good work. 6. I was very clear on my expectation of a clean finished job and they met it with resounding success. I plan to work with them on a Kitchen remodel later this year. I highly recommend Purev Construction for any contracting needs.

Initially, I hired Purev General Contracting to handle the demolition of my kitchen in preparation for remodel. I was so impressed with the work that I have hired the company to install hardwood flooring in the entryway and vinyl tiles in the kitchen. After the removal of ceramic tile in the entry and carpeting in the main hallway, Hada, the job supervisor pointed out that under the carpet was hardwood that could be refreshed at a cost less than re-tiling. He is in the middle of the job now and I'm sure that there is another good review to come. Update: The hardwood flooring in the entry and hallway turned out great! Hada was able to match the existing wood grain and color with the new entry floor perfectly. I enthusiastically recommend Purev General Contracting!

Purev and his team were great to work with on a condo remodel project. If any issues came up (ex. Finding a waste pipe that wasn't in the as-built drawings) they were prompt in resolving. Very punctual and responsive. Understood clients budget and worked with it.

We are very happy with the remodel that Purev General Contracting did for our guest bath, family room and spare bedroom. Guree and Eric did a fantastic job and were very easy to work with. The crew was fast and efficient and always left the worksite clean at the end of each day. They installed a new sliding door, relocated the bathroom door to a different wall, drywall, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, baseboards, recessed lighting, new carpet, paint and even repaired some unexpected dry rot that caused structural damage. Both have great attention to detail and take pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them for future projects.
