We resurface, refinish your existing floor. We offer state of the art technology on plumbing, bathroom and kitchen remodel projects, we always try to use eco-friendly products and show high quality performance with competitive prices. Especially most joyful thing is to see our happy customers. It is always nice for us to have more and more friends after completion of projects. PGC completely saved us! We had issues with our previous contractor and needed someone to finish our master bathroom. Please see the below for the detailed review. Price: PGC's bid came in just under the average Response Time: Always responded within the hour for important questions/inquiries. For non-important topics, always within the same day. Time of Project: Due to some botched work from the previous contractor, the project was extended a few more days. PGC actually fixed the issues before going on with the remodel vs. covering it up. Quality of Work: Their work is AMAZING from the inside and out. They fixed our issues then installed the beautiful tile, shower walls, etc. PGC Team: The 2 main guys that came by were respectful and extremely insightful. They gave us their advice on what would look great, which helped a lot since my husband and I can be quite indecisive. My husband works nights and I really appreciated the team on keeping it as quiet as possible when he was sleeping in the day time when they did not have to (that is definitely going above and beyond)! After the job was done, they really cleaned up everything - taking out the garbage the other contractor left behind. Overall, I hope to hire PGC again for future projects. I am definitely recommending them to friends and family!

They offered a very competitive quote. There was some miscommunication which led the project to be misquoted initially. This was led to some frustration since it occurred after we signed the contracts, but we were able to work out a resolution. At times, it was difficult to get in touch with anyone as well. As for the actual project, we were very happy with our project manager/foreman who completed our kitchen and new bathroom. There was some added scope which ended up extending the timeline by a bit (our fault). Unfortunately, our foreman had already scheduled a vacation on the original expected completion date, but he and his crew worked tirelessly 7 days a week for a good portion of the project to ensure that all the appliances were install and the kitchen was functional before he left. They were a little slow to wrap up the final cosmetic details when he returned, but overall, we are happy with the project, quality of work, and price.
