Introduction: We are a full-service concessions business. We offer award-winning hand-dipped corn dogs, mouth watering garlic fries, lemonade, Kettle Korn, and most other types of carnival foods.
We participate in over 100 events a year including school carnivals, fundraisers, and business luncheons. Our concession trailers are fully-licensed and -insured.

It has been a pleasure working with Mark and the rest of the Yosemite Concessions staff. Our school has been using Yosemite Concessions for all of our carnivals and school events for the past few years, and we've heard nothing but positive feedback from all who have attended these events. They have always been reliable, on time, courteous, and willing to give back to our school. The food is fresh and delicious, and we can wait to do business with Mark in the future.

I have worked with Mark and his amazing crew for about 4 years now. From softball league opening days to open houses/carnivals at my school. They are the best! Always willing to tweak their menu for our needs. Food is always delish! Service is definitely 5 star worthy! They continuously give back to the community which is a rare find these days. My daughter cannot walk past their booth at outside events without lemonade and a corn dog! Highly recommend Mark and his crew for your next event!!!

Mark Cooley and the team at Yosemite Concessions offered their delicious products at a Fresno State community/charity event in December 2014. The event lasted about 3-4 hours, and we began coordinating with them a few months in advance. They were one of the easiest and most responsive vendors we had. The attendees and volunteers at the event were very impressed with the quality and mix of the menu. Would definitely recommend!
