Don’t waste your time with this vendor, my job required was simply to disconnect 2 ducts from the blower and cap the unit off, their tech quoted us $1800-$2400 to do less than one hour of work and less than $10 of product cost for 2 aluminum caps and screws! then tried to upsale us and make excuses when questioned.
