I keep my pricing fair and straightforward. I always explain the cost before I start so there are no surprises. My goal is to fix it right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what’s going on, take a look at the issue, then explain what I find. I go over the options and price before starting anything so everything is clear. Once approved, I fix the problem and make sure everything is working right before I leave.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into plumbing working hands on in the field doing service work and new construction. Over time I learned how to troubleshoot problems, make clean repairs, and treat customers right. I enjoy helping people fix stuff that affects their everyday life.
