- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair with my pricing. I don't charge a service fee to come out to your house, only to fix what is broken. My goal is to make sure you are happy with the work, not overcharged, that you know quality parts are being used, and that you understand how the system works. This is my passion and I love what I do. If you're not happy then neither am I.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out and take a look at your sprinkler system, run the valves and test the lines to help figure out what needs to be done for your system to run in good form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this my entire life and professionally for the past 3 years. I love what I do and will make sure you're happy with the quality of work.
