Dave arrived on time as scheduled. I conducted our business via phone as I had a change of work schedule and was unable to be home for the appointment. Dave spoke to my wife (who was present at our home) and to me via phone, describing the issues encountered (tree root growth and impingement on main supply line to sprinkler heads). He laid out several repair scenarios, explaining the pros, cons and likely outcomes for each solution. Once a course of action was decided, the job was completed quickly to our complete satisfaction. Dave's professionalism, punctuality, performance and price (my four "P"s when evaluating a service call) checks all the boxes and gets our highest reccomendation! Thanks for a great job!

What I thought was a small leak turned into a big job when it was discovered my 30 plus year valve system really needed to be completely redone. Dave and his son tried to mitigate costs by trying all possibilities first. The new valve system is very well done and they installed and programmed a new timer for me while they were at it. They were professional, easy to work with, and did a great job. If I need any more irrigation work done on my large property, I’ll certainly be back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair with my pricing. I don't charge a service fee to come out to your house, only to fix what is broken. My goal is to make sure you are happy with the work, not overcharged, that you know quality parts are being used, and that you understand how the system works. This is my passion and I love what I do. If you're not happy then neither am I.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out and take a look at your sprinkler system, run the valves and test the lines to help figure out what needs to be done for your system to run in good form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this my entire life and professionally for the past 3 years. I love what I do and will make sure you're happy with the quality of work.
