I highly recommend Dave at Dave’s Sprinklers. Before the visit, he was professional and timely with his responses and even offered me an earlier appointment time. When he arrived, he was knowledgeable and honest about our situation. He saw that we had done good work with parts of our system and taught us how take the next steps to repair/replace the jars to stop all of our leaks. He was even able to explain why we were experiencing so many leaks at once. (Think twice before converting to soft water!) We will definitely call Dave again when we need him and highly recommend him for any sprinkler needs!

Dave came when he said he would and did what he said was needed in a very efficient and affordable manner. I appreciated his candor and work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend him to neighbors and friends. Excellent work on my 30 plus year old irrigationsystem. The system is now working as it did when first installed. What I thought was a small leak turned into a big job when it was discovered my 30 plus year valve system really needed to be completely redone. Dave and his son tried to mitigate costs by trying all possibilities first. The new valve system is very well done and they installed and programmed a new timer for me while they were at it. They were professional, easy to work with, and did a great job. If I need any more irrigation work done on my large property, I’ll certainly be back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair with my pricing. I don't charge a service fee to come out to your house, only to fix what is broken. My goal is to make sure you are happy with the work, not overcharged, that you know quality parts are being used, and that you understand how the system works. This is my passion and I love what I do. If you're not happy then neither am I.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out and take a look at your sprinkler system, run the valves and test the lines to help figure out what needs to be done for your system to run in good form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this my entire life and professionally for the past 3 years. I love what I do and will make sure you're happy with the quality of work.
