We do charge a $120 Service Call Fee (after the diagnosis), which is waived with a repair or replacement.

We're a 3rd Generation family owned business, which is the reason for our name. We work on all residential heating and cooling systems as well as light commercial.
Our experience ranges from wall furnaces, to forced air heating and cooling, as well as rooftop package units. We repair and install and coordinate all the permits, handling the entire process from beginning to end.
We are Latino owned, so we are able to work with any clients who prefer to speak in Spanish. Give us a call for any of your HVAC needs. We're always happy to help and provide the best customer service we can.

We have a home here in the Bay Area which didn’t have any AC, we opted to install a mini split system after doing research and I got in touch with 3rdGen to have this mini split system installed, and I can’t speak highly enough about the team that was out here who completed our installation, Devin the technician was very professional and answered all of our questions, we felt very confident with our choice. Needless to say this installation went smooth without any issues!! Thank you again!!
