We had our 21 year old HVAC replaced with a 2-stage American Standard heat pump. Oleg & team did a great job installing the system, especially considering we have a roof-mounted HVAC that required a crane. They provided the best quote out of the 5+ companies we met with and offered short term financing (3 months w/ no interest). We have already seen a huge improvement to the comfort of our home. We had an AC issue two weeks ago and Daniel came to take a look after some exchange. We have made an arrangement for him to figure out more details with the manufacturer with a date specified beforehand. Well, Daniel was not on top of it and it was delayed by several days. I was disappointed. It's summer you know, every day without cold air it gets really warm at the house. That being said, we were able to get Daniel back on track and a new AC was installed & replaced quickly without any issues at a reasonable price. We hope that this mishap is just an outlier and we are still willing to give Daniel another shot next time something comes up.

Daniel was very prompt and courteous. He communicated a week before the appointment that he would text 15 minutes prior to arrival, which he did. He was very honest in the assessment and told me not to waste money on ineffective near term remedies. I saved money today based on his advice, where a less honest technician could have taken advantage of the situation. Will definitely hire him again for future HVAC jobs!
