We had a leak from our bathtub that came down through the kitchen cabinets. We called them on a weekend and they were here within hours, inspected, set up dehumidifiers and air filters. Their service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them

My manor at Rossmoor Walnut Creek recently was flooded with raw sewage! Central Sanitation called ServiceMaster and when the team showed up, they hit the deck running. Led by Hector Hernandez, the crew took charge of removing all toxic materials and set up fans, etc to insure the damage was contained and not lead to mold. In emergency situations, this is the company you want to bring in. Hector is a pro and also knows how to talk to those of us in shock over damage to our homes. Thank you ServiceMaster.

My neighbors townhome had some flooding which then came into my home.
Now what do I do ?
Luis Tirado and his team ( Victor Cervantes, Mario, Carlos, and several others)were amazing from start to finish. They showed up within the hour to start their process of fans etc. Always on time, friendly, efficient and very considerate of my schedule and my home. They were always sure to keep me up to date on what was and was going to happen. They cleaned up and took every last bit of flooring and walls they removed with them.
Thank you for making a lousy situation go smoothly.

We were overwhelmed by the thought of having to recover from extensive water damage to our home. We selected ServiceMasters Restoration Services - Concord and as soon as we met Team Leader Hector Hernandez, we knew we were in good hands. Hector thoroughly explained the drying and tear out work to be done, why it was needed and answered all our questions. He checked in with us every day and explained the progress. Hector is the ultimate professional and his customer service delivery was exemplary. He and his team arrived on time every day and followed instructions while they were doing the work. We felt totally comfortable having them in our home even when we couldn’t be present. Hector made sure the work was thorough and we are extremely satisfied with the quality work on this project and his supervision to ensure the job took the time needed to make sure our home will be safe to live in. God forbid we should suffer a loss like this again but if it happens, we will turn to Hector Hernandez and ServiceMaster Restoration Services. Thanks for being great, Hector!
