Very responsive company, initial appointment was scheduled on next working day. They described what the problem is and possible approaches on fixing it. After negotiations, work was scheduled and was done on expected day within couple of hours. So, far repaired spot looks fine, but I cannot be sure on 100% until heavy rain.

Ricky took great care of my roof. He got all the moss off as requested by my insurance company. He also gave honest recommendations about other work that could be done, like my gutters and recommended against work that he felt was not the best idea at this time. He is very knowledgeable about roofs and will patiently explain anything you're curious about. I'll definitely be using him again next time I need work done on my roof.
