- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and based on each client’s specific needs, since every project is different. We also offer clear load-size pricing for junk removal and cleanouts, which makes it easy to estimate the cost before we arrive. Seasonal discounts and promotions are available for both new and returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a thorough walkthrough so we can understand the full scope of the project and make sure everything is priced accurately. If it’s easier, you can also text us photos or videos. That works great for most jobs. For bigger or more complex projects, we’re happy to come out in person and walk the property with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of hands-on experience in junk removal, property cleanups, moving help, light demolition, and general exterior services. Our background includes detailed property walkthroughs, customer service, and working directly with clients to understand their needs. Most of our training comes from real field experience and consistently adapting to a wide variety of jobs and situations.
