- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet face to face or have a phone call at the very least. I like to get a feel for your personality and your needs. It allows me to create the experience you want and what your guests will enjoy. Typically a 5-10 minute phone call will give me an idea of what your style is and we can discuss what drinks, ingredients, budget and theme you're into.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 18 years working in service and hospitality, 12 of them being behind a bar, I have tons of experience to make my work successful. I'm also an aspiring chef, cook for dinner parties and experiment with new techniques a lot. I have my foodhandlers certificate, and am TIPS Bartending certified
