- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the type of job. Square footage,type and amount of material,or edge detail and time that is going to be spent doing a fine job are elements that are taken into consideration in my pricing. Yet my prices remain affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make an free appointment to measure the project bathroom,kitchen,BBQ, or area we will be working with so we can tell costumers how many square footage they need. If they dont have materials yet we reccomend a store to them so they can pick the color and type of material they want to use. Those may include marble,granite,quartz or any material. If they agree with the price at the free estimate appointment, we can start the fabrication as soon as that same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for almost 15 years. I learned everything from fabrication to installation over time.
