- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What exactly needs to be removed? Are there special, hazardous, or really heavy material? How far do we need to move it? We kindly ask that customers be upfront about all the items and materials they need removed. This helps us provide the most accurate quote and avoid any surprise fees later. Clear communication ensures a smooth process for everyone! Pricing is usually broken down by the amount of space it takes up, but if it's exceptionally heavy (Concrete/mud), hazardous (Bed bugs/mold/medical waste), or chemical in-nature (paint/batteries/explosive materials), additional costs are added on. Furthermore, additional fees are also added if there are flights of stairs, or if the items to be disposed are a distance away from parking.

We’ll ask for some details about the items you need removed, and we usually request a few pictures to help us assess the job and provide an accurate estimate. 2. Free Quote: Once we have the information, we’ll send you a free, no-obligation quote as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing—no hidden fees or surprises! We can do an in-person quote, and even start the job then and there if you're up for it! If not, online communication and quotes work as well! 3. Schedule the Job: After you accept the quote, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you. We’re flexible and aim to work around your schedule. Don't be afraid to ask about after-hours or anytime during the day. Rain, shine, snow, wind? —we’re always ready to roll! No matter the weather, we’re dedicated to getting the job done together! 4. We Do the Heavy Lifting: On the day of the job, we arrive on time and with a smile, ready to clear out your junk. Our team handles all the heavy lifting, loading, and hauling, so don’t you worry 'bout a thing! 5. Eco-Friendly Disposal: After we collect everything, we make sure your items are disposed of responsibly. We prioritize recycling and donating items that can still be used, helping reduce waste and giving back to the community. 6. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
My junk removal business was inspired by my passion for community service. It all started with a mission to clean up trash in my city and help those in need; I did so by providing water, food, as well as socks and personal-hygiene products to the homeless. That drive to make a positive impact on both the environment and the community continues to fuel everything we do at The Golden Retrievers - Junk Removal!
