FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat, not hourly. It's based on the size of the home and the type of clean, so you get one exact number before we start and that's what you pay. No hourly clock, and no adjusting the price at the end. Add-ons like inside the oven, inside the fridge, and inside cabinets are priced separately so you only pay for what you actually want. Recurring cleans (weekly, biweekly, monthly) cost less per visit than a one time clean, because there's less to do each time. Nothing is charged until after the clean is done and you're happy with it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send over your bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage and we'll get you an exact price, usually the same day. If it's easier, a two minute phone call gets it done faster. Once you pick a day, we book it and once a provider has picked up the job you get a confirmation with everything on it, including a short list of what to do before we arrive. Nothing complicated, mostly just picking up clutter and securing pets so the crew can work. After the clean, you have 24 hours to tell us if anything wasn't right. If something's off, we come back and take care of it. That's the guarantee, and it's the whole reason we ask you to look around before you're charged.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for the checklist, in writing, before you book. Most complaints about cleaning services come down to the customer expecting something that was never included. A company that can't tell you exactly what's covered probably hasn't decided. Ask whether the price is flat or hourly. Hourly means the number you were told is a guess. Ask what happens if you're not happy. It should be a specific answer with a time window, not "we'll make it right." And be careful with the cheapest quote. In this work, price mostly tracks how much time someone plans to spend in your home. A much lower number usually means a much shorter visit.
