FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to reward consistency. A single 60-minute session is $75, while ongoing training plans offer a lower per-session rate: 2x/week: 8 sessions per month — $520 ($65/session) 3x/week: 12 sessions per month — $720 ($60/session) There is a one-time $79 enrollment fee for new clients. Monthly plans are paid once per billing period with no long-term contract or automatic recurring charges, so you have flexibility while still getting the benefits of consistent, structured training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your goals, fitness experience, schedule, lifestyle, and any limitations or concerns so we can determine the best approach for you. From there, you’ll complete a short client questionnaire, liability waiver, and training agreement. We’ll establish your starting point and build a personalized training plan around your goals and experience level. Once we begin, I’ll coach you through proper technique, track your progress, adjust your training as needed, and provide the accountability and structure to keep you moving forward. My goal is to make the process simple: understand where you are, determine where you want to go, and build a realistic plan to get you there. — Coach Z
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), with additional training in CPR/AED and First Aid. I also work as a Group Fitness Instructor, giving me hands-on experience coaching people with different fitness levels, abilities, and goals. Beyond my certifications, fitness and strength training have been a part of my life for over 20 years, giving me both formal education and real-world experience to draw from when working with clients. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University, which has helped shape the organized, professional, and goal-oriented approach I bring to my coaching. I believe good coaching is a combination of education, experience, communication, and the ability to create a plan that works for the individual.
