The reason we finally set the plan in motion was because Thomas was far more knowledgeable than anyone else that I have ever spoken to about solar and explained the difference it makes to have back up batteries (for us is a must!). The entire process from the qualifying of our house to the process of installing the solar panels, it truly is NO COST! Our experience was far better than we expected. Any and all questions we had were always answered and explained so well.
