Jake is friendly and easy to work with. He helped teach/involve me in the process of designing and building a custom shed for my rabbits. I had a great time helping with sanding and painting. A special experience!

We purchased a house with the intent to do a complete exterior remodel. I had priced out all the materials, purchased the doors, windows, lights, etc. JST Builders was the only contractor that I interviewed that had the integrity to sit down and show me where my money was being spent. Every other contractor would hide profit in different clumps of costs and when I would ask them to break it down never gave me a straight answer. Jake and his team did an excellent job. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Thank you for bringing my dream into reality.

I like to lay out the project with the customer and make sure they are clear with what’s going to happen and that I understand their design intent.
