- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate whether it is a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning.I do this to have transparency with the customer and so that it’s fair to me as well.I do residential cleaning and commercial cleaning for offices and retail. My rates are different for residential and for commercial.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to provide me with a written list of all of your requests to be cleaned in the home so that there are no misunderstandings. My learning strength is visual and I want to be on the same page with the customer at all times. I am open to listening to the client if they forgot something and need to add it to the list. Each item will be a case by case basis on whether or not it impacts the overall price given originally. I am a fair person. I also need to know if the project is going to be residential or commercial because that also will impact my estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes for over 20 years in Marin County doing all types of homes. I am passionate about cleaning homes and learning about other people’s cultures and being respectful and sensitive to their differences and their needs.
