a very polite and helpful person, he left my windows spotless, and did the job fast, asking if i needed anything else, say the solar panels that got a glow too and are working much better than when it was dirty, best of everything is that screen cleaning is included with the job and at a great price, I highly recommend the imeprial window cleaning!
