We love Gary. He is a very skilled finish carpenter who takes the time to do it right.Sep 8, 2018Verified
Craig finished a project for me that others had turned down due to difficulty. He was very kind, smart and experienced.Oct 31, 2018Verified
Craig installed a new double entry front door in a 60 year old home we're renovating, you can imagine how painstaking it is to get it just right. He knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. He is highly experienced, meticulous, and punctual, with very high standards for craftsmanship, and not one complaint about it being harder than it first looked. He was committed to finishing the job for the agreed estimate. Talking with Craig, if he says he can do a project, I'm sure he can. I'll hire him again.Sep 12, 2014Verified
Craig replaced a couple of doors and threasholds for me and did quality work. He was very easy to work with, spent time going to the store with me to pick out the doors and also picked them up and brought them to my house when they were ready. He takes his time and does the job right. I'm very pleased with Craig's work.Sep 23, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is not complicated at all. I give the customer a few options. 1.) I'll give a total project price. It will be very competitive. 2.) I can give an hourly rate. 3.) I can give a very detailed consultation, for the customer that would like to be a "do it yourself type". This can be very useful to people, it can save a lot of trouble and money. Professional advise can be very fun for certain people. It can give them short cuts and help them know what to watch out for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first recommend a site visit. This allows me to get a better sense of the project and to better understand what the customer is looking for. If we agree that I am the right professional for the job. I will provide a competitive proposal and estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? After several years of apprenticeship, I became a site superintendent. I supervised projects from home building to schools and restaurants and complete shopping malls. During this time I became a B-1 Licensed General Contractor.
