Bianca from Kellys Appliance did a warranty claim service for me today. As far as a warranty claim goes for a washing machine If I could leave more than five stars, I would. Bianca showed up within her service window. Was able to diagnose The issue, had the replacement part on hand, installed the new replacement part tested the unit, and it ran flawlessly all within an hour. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the unit and completed the repair of the cracked hub drive effortlessly. Again, huge shout out to Bianca for knocking this repair out out of the park

We had a great experience with Kelly's Appliance Center. Our Samsung gas range was not heating properly so we called Kelly's. The woman in the office explained the estimate & repair process and their rates. She made an appointment for a repair technician to visit us 3 days later, a very quick turnaround.Communication between scheduling the appointment and the actual appointment was easy, thorough and clear; it was done through text.Joe, the Kelly's technician, was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked out our range, tested a few different parts that could be causing the problem and whittled it down to the igniter. He had the part with him and was able to replace it.We greatly appreciated Joe's thorough explanations as he worked through the testing and part replacement process. He was very personable and easy to talk with. He listened to and answered all of our questions.We will definitely recommend Joe and Kelly's Appliance Center and call them in the future.
