I enjoy working on computers, and seeing the smile on a clients face after their computer is fixed brightens my day. I also take my time to ensure each client understands what has happened, how it was repaired, and how to avoid that situation in the future. I enjoy working on computers and love being challenged. In fact I learn more going on service calls than I ever would repairing family and friends computers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't too complicated. I charge $50 for mobile service within 40 miles of my home. After the initial computer, each additional is $20 more. I also offer drop off's if a client doesn't have enough time. Drop off's are $30 for the first computer and $20 for each additional.
