Josh is great at fixing things, and is proud to offer repairs instead of pushing replacements. He came prepared with the spare parts necessary, and was very fluent with the water heater. I'll be calling him for any furnace / HVAC / water heater issues.

Josh was clean and worked quickly on our 30 year old clunker of a heater. He spent a good 30 minutes vacuuming and cleaning out the floor vent and then crawled underneath the house for another hour to service the heater and light the pilot. Josh responded quickly to my thumbtack post and came out to us very quickly. Overall I couldn't be more pleased that our heater will survive another winter, saving us a lot of money. The service was affordable and came with a warranty, what more could I want! I'd hire Josh again in an instant.
