- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic Fee - $80.00 Additional costs for parts. Some day repair as long as parts are available. If parts are not available, there may be a two to three day wait. Furnace Maintenance Package - $125.00 per system Includes: inspection of all moving parts, measure temperature difference for maximum comfort, measure amp draw of all motors, pull blower assembly & disassemble to wash with simple green & then reassemble, check blower wheel for correct balance, check blower motor shaft for play, oil all moving parts if required, measure gas pressure, check combustion vents, check flame pattern, check static pressure for correct pressure coming into & out of system, perform a safety inspection, check heat exchanger for stress marks & or separations, inspect air distribution vents, vacuum out burners & fir box, vacuum cabinet of furnace & wipe down with Simple Green, change battery in fire & carbon monoxide detectors Not including parts (if necessary)

I graduated from Sequoia Institute in 2010 and received my certificate in residential HVAC. I have 5+ years in the trade.
