This particular situation was definitely rough because it had to do with an alleged “stolen” dog with a full scenario from the alleged victim providing the play-by-play horror story n how the dog was stolen. Mostly sad because the objective was reached in locating this animal/pet/family member. The victim had very high expectations regarding how/when the property would be fully recovered. The victim had a difficult time when challenged with having to regain ownership of the property through civil court once there was burden of proof. There were multiple red flags when trying to conduct business for the vicim/client. The client intervened/impeded the investigation in the middle of live process. There were also multiple voice calls (104 minutes) that were taken from the client just because how distraught she was for her current situation. There were NO CHARGES to the client for the calls as well as extra field work that was conducted. We were 100% professional and sympathetic to the clients needs for this 10 hours total of investigative work conducted.
