Charles replied to my initial inquiry within an hour, we exchanged messages, set a day/time and he communicated with me day of to let me know he was on his way. He was installing a cat shelf wall for me and found that the pieces sent with the kit were of low quality. He was undeterred and took the extra step of installing the shelves more securely to the studs. He's polite, has a sense of humor and I love the finished wall, and I'm thrilled I didn't have to do it myself!
