Peggy is/was my SAVING GRACE! She helped me with "everything but the kitchen sink!" I am transitioning through a divorce and needed help like you couldn't believe! Decades of stuff from my marriage, parents/grandparents, and my children's things, ugh! Peggy was amazing with her knowledge of organizing, truly listening to my desires, hopes, needs, and wants. Her advice and guidance to help implement systems of organization to continue to use throughout life is sticking with me! So far Peggy has help me with: Sorting, purging and organizing my entire master closet; Sorting, purging and organizing decades of office paperwork; Transforming my master bedroom into the sanctuary I always dreamed of; Planning, preparing, prioritizing, organizing, and purging my home to then impeccably packing and detailed labeling boxes to move my entire home, including my garage! Today was our first day having Peggy help us with organizing and decluttering. She is super friendly and does a great job. She was willing to work with my eleven year old daughter on her room and play area. Peggy did a wonderful job helping and encouraging my daughter. They got a lot done today and my daughter is so happy with her experience! Next time Peggy comes, it's my turn, lol!

Peggy is friendly, positive and very knowledgeable. She has a lot of energy and plenty of ideas to share. She's also clear that the client is the decision maker, so she asks lots of questions. Since she knows the process can be emotionally and physically draining, she won't push me to make decisions I'm not prepared to make. I got a homework assignment, but she won't scold me if I don't get it done. She gave me a handout with many, but not all, of the pitfalls of organizing. I've fallen into every pit while trying to do this on my own. It's energizing to have someone to guide me through the process and help me see my 'stuff' with fresh eyes. I've only had one four hour session so far, but I'm looking forward to the next one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on how far you are to my home in Allentown , if there are bridges to cross, and how long in traffic it takes to get to your home. Your needs for my specialties are also considered and each client has different needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking into account each clients specific concerns, needs and wants, and my expertise with time and space efficiency, we discuss what would be an ideal plan of action and then go for it. We declutter, rearrange, explore reusing items that clients already own, and so much more to streamline your routines and make your life work again, giving you time for what matters!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have recieved formal training as a professional organizer and every other week have specialized training. Some examples include: Organizing for small spaces Fung Shui Color expert training Routine honing Time efficiency Kitchen expertise Many more, and as a licensed nurse, have experience with safety concerns and can compensate for those with limitations of any kind. Safety first in all we do!
