Nima is amazing! Great communicator, professional, punctual, efficient, thorough, and a very nice person to work with. In comparison to quality of work, I give a reasonable price to make the job a win win
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on what customer wants. Usually I set an appointment to see the project in person and give an estimate. After it is confirmed, I get a down payment and start the project. During the process I check many times with the client all the details and continue as each step is confirmed. And after final work is done, I schedule a time to assemble or install the project in job site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do calligraphy, sketching and drawing, vocalist and I’m realtor as well.
All these help me have a better vision of what is better to do to make it nicer.
