- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out our technician to check out the unit, he does the diagnostics and creates an estimate for the repair. As soon as this estimate is approved we'll order the part(-s). When we receive the part(-s) we'll contact you to schedule the repair appointment. If the unit can be fixed on-site our technician will notify you of the price and if it's fine for you he can fix it during 1st visit.
