Ivan responded right away to my Thumbtack inquiry regarding a noisy return air vent. He was friendly, and educated me about my system (in a respectful way) which I welcomed. He came out the next day free of charge and provided sensible, economical advice. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy his work. I will definitely reach out to him for future HVAC needs.

Galaxy HVAC deserves more stars than I can give. After getting confusing advice from another company, Galaxy HVAC was a breath of fresh air. Jason, Mike, and Ali were top-notch professionals. Ali quickly identified issues that the last company overlooked, like one of our vents not working and potential challenges with adding a damper. Evan was understanding and worked around our baby's sleep-training schedule, which was invaluable to us. Jason expertly installed our Google Nest, dispelling myths that the previous company had told us about wiring issues. Our system now works seamlessly, no unexpected fan activations. I can't recommend them enough - they saved us many sleepless nights. Big thanks to the whole team!

    We send out our technician to check out the unit, he does the diagnostics and creates an estimate for the repair. As soon as this estimate is approved we'll order the part(-s). When we receive the part(-s) we'll contact you to schedule the repair appointment. If the unit can be fixed on-site our technician will notify you of the price and if it's fine for you he can fix it during 1st visit.
