Zach is a true professional and did an amazing job fixing our fireplace. It was old with several things that needed to be fixed and he smoothly handled it all. He was very knowledgeable about everything despite it being an old fireplace and communicated everything he was doing very clearly and also offered transparent and reasonable pricing. Poor Zak worked on my ancient gas fireplace. He took it apart, really cleaned it out, ran diagnostic and determined that the fan switch was broken. He had something in his truck and got it to work and figured out how to get the thermostat attached to the fan know. He macgivered it surrounded by my dogs who really wanted to help. He left with the unit working and I have a one year guarantee! Recommend!!
