Highly recommend the therapeutic massage if you're feeling stiff or if your body feels like it needs to be refreshed and reset. Tammy is easy to contact and very respectful, with the skills to help my body heal from long shifts on my feet at the hospital. The space is small and private, with a little bit of noise pollution, but her room and table made me comfortable enough to start snoozing at one point.
She gave me the best massage I've ever had, so I'm making it a point to see her once a month to give my joint and muscles the TLC they need!
