FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put my heart and soul into every lesson. If you ever feel you have not received more than your money's worth, the lesson is on me. I offer discounts for students purchasing blocks of lessons in advance, as it makes my life easier and I can plan ahead. If you are truly financially challenged, I will offer a sliding scale for sincere music students. I am especially interested in working with young children as I plant seeds for the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find out what they want to accomplish, and develop a plan to take them where they want to go. Along the way, I try and provide a well rounded musical education, that will change a student's life in ways they never imagined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
How about a Masters Degree in Music from Columbia University? How about several years studying Jazz and contemporary music at Berklee College of Music in Boston.
