Both Rory and Noel are true gems. Noel made sure my schedule was accommodated. Rory came to my home to fix a stuck bathroom sink drain cover. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained everything he was doing, and took the time to show me how I could try to fix the issue if it reoccurred. He made sure to leave everything in a spotless condition. I can’t compliment this company enough. They are my plumbers of choice now. I’ve used the two big local companies and other smaller ones, but none had the integrity of Proficient Plumbing.
