Hassle Free Plumbing has been an excellent company to work with. Their staff is friendly and patient with questions. Their owner knows how to make things right and runs a tight ship. There was a small discrepancy between the estimate and what needed to be done on site (done by different technicians), but they took care of it and didnt up charge. Class act place - will be calling them again.

Its a rush job that we called around 6 pm for a severely clogged toilet. The plumber came around 7:15 pm, got to work pretty hard and got the toilet unclogged. We will use hassle free plumbing again!

I expected better from Hassle Free Plbg. I sent pictures of the new toilet and the new plumbing with the flange being 2" below the new flooring. My quote was $ 240 for installing the new toilet but came with revisions such as $450 for a new toilet flange?? And $127.60 for materials. I sent pictures to the owner, however, they kept revising the invoice to somehow coincide with resulting on why I should pay that much. As I told them, WHY are you charging me to remove and discard an old toilet when there wasn't one there to begin with. Anyway, I'm moving on from this company.Good work, lousy at keeping their quotes.

I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your quote. We try our best to be competitive and in some situations the scope of work can be more than what is seen in a picture. Upon arriving to install the toilet the base plumbing for your toilet required repair or your new toilet would have leaked at the base. We discounted your invoice for this repair which is usually an additional $450, which we did not charge you for. Best wishes to you and unfortunately sometimes these things happen, we don't cut corners and complete a job so that there wont be plumbing issues in the future. We stand by our work and hope you will think of us again.
