Introduction: We are skilled in Caribbean and Southern based food in addition to fusion based food. I have never been afraid to go outside the with American, Italian and Hawaiian fusions. I wanted to add “value and punctuality” but it only lets me choose 3 of the 5. I was TOTALLY amazed with the quality of all the food Chef Pierre and his crew made for my wedding. I highly recommend him and his crew. I will definitely be using his services in the future. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chef Marckende provide a delicious meal for 37 family members at our 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal ceremony. The event was held outside and he and his staff prepared the delicious surf and turf dinner hot with a wonderful presentation. Our guest raved about the meal. They complimented the delicious flavor of the lobster tail Mac n cheese and the well seasoned and tender ribeye steak. After we booked the Chef for the event, my husband and I had a tasting of the proposed menu. The tasting was very professional in presentation and the meal was delicious. We knew that our guest would love the selection as well. Thank you Chef and staff for making our day special and for serving a delicious dinner!

I don’t even know where to start. Chef Pierre served a party of 43 people. We had a brunch event. EVERYONE was raving about the shrimp and grits AND the fried chicken. It was all so delicious. Chef Pierre is so professional and welcoming! He even made an ice run for us. Will surely hire him again for any upcoming events I have!

Chef Marckende was amazing! He came up with an incredibly creative menu (all vegan/vegetarian) with dumplings, potstickers, ramen, and an amazing chocolate, strawberry, blueberry layer cake. He was very responsive in the planning process, even coordinating the on-site setup/visit the night before because we were celebrating a birthday with a group of friends at an AirBnb. Couldn't have imagined a better dining experience for celebrating a birthday with the group of 11. He was very professional, came with all of the necessary supplies, took care of service and clean-up. If you're looking to choose a chef for an event, you're missing out if you don't choose Chef Marckende. He'll create a memorable meal and take care of all the details so you don't have to even think about doing anything else other than enjoying a great meal with great company.

Dinner was wonderful! Chef Pierre showed up on time (early even!) and cooked us a wonderful meal. We felt truly spoiled to have such a tasty meal prepared for us in our own home! It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip for sure - would highly recommend Chef Pierre to any group looking for a fun night in with great food. Oh and DEFINITELY request the mac & cheese!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I give discounts to all active duty military and military veterans and their families, for I served for 9 years.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I would prefer to have a few days to weeks prior towards the event depending on complexity and size of capacity needed to prepare for. In addition, after accepting the task, a booking fee of 50% prior is needed and the rest upon completion. I have experience working with different meal types and selections. Any questions that the customer has, I always do my best to answer and leave them with food for thought.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have had training prior to graduating from school and entering the Marine Corps. After nine years of service, I am well equipped to serve 2000+ people at a time. Post service, I was classically trained at both Sea Gardens Hotel Resort and Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii. Furthermore, I have an associates degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
