I keep pricing simple and upfront—no hidden fees. Service calls include inspection and diagnosis, and I provide a quote before starting any work. I also offer competitive rates for seniors, military, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick phone consultation to understand the issue, then schedule a convenient time to inspect the door. Once I diagnose the problem, I explain the repair options in plain language and provide clear pricing upfront. If the customer approves, I get the job done on the spot whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training working with torsion springs, sensors, openers, rollers, and full garage door replacements. On top of that, I continuously study manufacturer updates and attend workshops to stay current on the latest equipment and repair techniques.
