Introduction
The gym is at the high school gym in Delhi, CA. The gym is set up permanently inside the main gym at the high school. There are training classes daily from around 2:00 p.m. on.
The boxing workout is one of the best cardio workouts out there. The head coach is Jeff Tovar. I am an advisor and sometimes help train students. There are other boxing coaches who are there sometimes, and they all volunteer their work.
