I began with Lancaster looking to resurface my garage floor before I moved in. I visited a site in progress to see the quality of the work and the people. Jose stopped his worked and broke down their exact process, from start to finish. I was so impressed that I contracted with them for the garage floor and paint the interior of my new home. And again every person was at the top of their game. Julian Montoya really made things right with his attention to detail and Hassim handled the cabinet painting with ease. Everything was done as they promised and on time, and even the office staff was on point, helping me to understand the connect with billing and the job specs. Pay the extra and receive a job well done.

I hired Lancaster Painting to coat my garage floor and laundry closet in the house (with a drain in the floor). The team of installers Victor Z., Alan Z., and lead Jose Guizar arrived right on time. I, however, was running behind in removing the last few items in my garage. They told me not to worry and proceeded to assist me in removing those last few items. Jose thoroughly explained what to expect as the project started. Each member of the team was knowledgeable as to the procedures and materials they used, as I asked questions as the day went along. I very quickly felt comfortable having them in my home.The drain in the laundry closet was a challenge due to the slope, but team certainly knew their product and have great application skills! It looks amazing as does the garage.From the moment they walked onto the job, they proved themselves to be kind, hardworking, caring, professional, fun-loving, and all around terrific young men.

I would like to express my highest recommendation for Lancaster Painting for their work on Concrete Coatings. The experience I encountered was consistently pleasant from start to finish. The receptionist who initially received my call was polite and informative. She arranged for an appointment with a sales representative named Joe Kelly. Joe demonstrated professionalism, offered valuable insights on the concrete coating, and possessed excellent communication skills. He visited my residence to provide an estimate on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I was particularly pleased with their availability, as I was in the process of relocating to a new home and sought to expedite the project. On Monday, the concrete crew arrived punctually, introduced themselvesJose, Cody, and Alanand provided me with an estimated timeframe for the concrete coating process. They exhibited a high level of professionalism and friendliness and, most importantly, demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. The final result of the garage concrete coating was aesthetically pleasing.
