Fantastic work done by Robert! Friendly, honest and very reasonably priced. We had some serious calcium deposits on our shower tile and he made them sparkle like new. You won’t be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water, fire and mold damages can be very expensive. However Elements Remediation works with most insurances and will have unbeatable competitive prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we would need is all the Information on the property that is damage. Once we have gathered all our your information we would need to inspect the property to establish a drying method or recommendations for remediation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and Bonded company. We are certified through the IICRC (institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification) for the following: Water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire damage restoration, carpet repair, and antimicrobial remediation (mold removal)
