Tom did an absolutely amazing job detailing my car. I was honestly stressed because it had gotten pretty dirty, and he made it look brand new again. Every detail was spotless, from the interior to the exterior. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and doesn’t rush the process. He was professional, on time, and super easy to work with. The price was very reasonable for the level of quality he delivered. I’ve had my car detailed before, but this was by far the best experience. The detail was not done very well, there were streaks and it was not very clean also rripped off my paper front plate and left it thrown on a bush, and I had to help him jump start his van after the wash, also would not give me a quote unless he saw the car. I didnt get the chance to debate it he showed up and did the wash and also tried to buff the car and left swirl marks.

Car is ok at best. Did not bring all the tools needed to detail car. Another Auto Detailer was four stalls away and told me I was just scammed. Headlights are not clean and I was over charged for a basic car wash and car is not even waxed as he stated it was and still dirty. Nothing was cleaned on the inside, only vacuumed. Not even a wipe down or anything on the inside and I asked for detailing. Very dissatisfied. For someone who’s been in the business for 25 years it does not show. Unfortunately all verified on camera of the poor work done.
