- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No session is like the next and because of this I like to gather the details of what you are looking for in order to provide a solid proposal. I have base price points that I can provide prior to our chat however this may change once we nail down the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any photo session is a vulnerable adventure. I love to hop on a quick call or meet to get to know a bit about you and what you are looking for in your photographer. This will help me to provide you with a comfortable session bringing out your personality and capturing the details that you speak about in our initial conversation. After our initial call I will send over a proposal typically including at least 2 investment options along with a Talk to Me option that will allow for customization if needed. After we lock in those details there will be a contract for service and invoice in your inbox to solidify your session date and time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with musicians to corporate types, quite shy reserved to outspoken free spirited individuals. Created a safe space in which you can truly just be you is key.
